A key player for PSG's U19 team, Ethan Mbappe played five matches with the club's professional team. His trainee contract ended on June 30th, and the PSG management did not offer him his first professional contract.

The 17-year-old midfielder, deeply attached to the club, wished to continue his journey with his beloved club. This was also the club's desire, but the turbulent end between PSG and Kylian Mbappe affected Ethan's future.

Ethan Mbappe's shocking exit

Promising, Ethan Mbappe attracted interest from several clubs, but he chose Lille. He is expected to sign his first professional contract with LOSC in the coming hours. As reported by Fabrizio Romano and Le Parisien, Ethan Mbappe is currently undergoing his medical examination before signing with the northern club.

The transfer expert notes that even though his name was linked with Real Madrid, his brother's new club, there were never any negotiations between Ethan Mbappe and the Spanish club. The young Parisian talent always preferred to continue his career in Ligue 1. According to the French daily, he is expected to sign a three-year contract with Lille.

Discussions with the latter two were more advanced. "The Spanish club was indeed a possible destination, but LOSC undoubtedly offers the advantage of not requiring the 17-year-old to change his environment, language, and culture, and seems to offer him a game project that will allow him to continue his development in the coming years," states Le Parisien.

Present at the Luchin domain this Wednesday for his medical examination, he is expected to join Lille's training tomorrow, concludes Le Parisien.
