3 reasons why PSG can win a treble this season

PSG are having a extremely good campaign. Les Parisians are currently top of Ligue 1 with seven games to go, are in the quarter finals of the Champions League where they will face Barcelona and have got a Coupe de France final on the horizon against Lyon.

Here at PSG Post we will provide three reasons why they can be successful in achieving a treble.

1. There is distance between them and Brest

Luis Enrique's side have a 12 point cushion over second placed Brest with seven games to go. They also have a superior goal difference of plus 41 in contrast to Brest who have plus 17.

Three more wins and a draw will all but seal the Ligue 1 title for them so it is a matter of when not if they can get over the line. Second place Brest have done well to find themselves in this position given the quality of players that they have at their disposal.

Their main objective will be about securing Champions League football as they are only one point behind Lille and Monaco who are third and fourth respectively.
