Uruguayan international Manuel Ugarte is another player that will look to take the tournament by storm. He joined PSG last summer window from Sporting Lisbon for 60 million euros. The defensive midfielder was signed as a replacement for Marco Verratti who joined Qatari outfit Al Arabi SC last September.

Ugarte has made PSG's defensive midfield position having started in 20 Ligue 1 matches so far. At 22 years old he could be the anchor of PSG's midfield behind Vitinha (23) and Zaire-Emery (18) for at least a decade. Barring injuries he should not have any problem featuring in Uruguay's Copa America squad.
