PSG have given themselves a mammoth task ahead of the second leg after losing 2-3 to Barcelona in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Here at PSG Post, we discuss three things we noticed as PSG came unstuck in the biggest game of their season.

Mbappe didn't show up

Kylian Mbappe did not have a good game. The Frenchman only had one chance on goal in the second half. Out on the left, he was so isolated and away from danger which meant Barcelona's defenders were able to contain him.

The likes of Jules Kounde and Ronald Araujo resorted to doubling up on him in an attempt to neutralize him. PSG needed him to be effective to have any chance of winning tonight. In the second leg, Mbappe needs to be more innovative in the way he plays or he'll be too predictable.
