The Match

Even though Paris Saint-Germain only needed a point to secure their playoff spot, PSG players came into the game with the firm intention to win that game in the best way possible and it is what they did. After just six minutes, Bradley Barcola put his side on top from a corner and a Désiré Doué deviation. The French champions who took an early lead, quickly doubled their lead after a great collective move started from a fantastic save of Donnarumma. Against a very weak German side, Paris kept their overwhelming domination on-going with Dembélé's second goal at the 35th minute. At the start of the second half Dembélé once again scored for his hat-trick, the first in Champions League and the second of his career. With the game sealed, Stuttgart reduced their deficit as Pacho scored an own goal.
