Paris Saint-Germain thrashed Xabi Alonso's Real Madrid 4-0 in the semifinal of Club World Cup behind a fantastic performance from Fabian Ruiz who bagged a brace. The European Champions will face Europa Conference League winners Chelsea in the final of the competition on July 13.

Following their impressive victory, Luis Enrique's side reached the final of every competition they entered this season, showcasing their historical achievements.

The Italian goalkeeper did not have much to do against Madrid, but his great play from the back kick-started PSG's fastbreak that led to their third goal.

Once again he had a great game and dominated his right flank all game, he was a constant danger offensively and was reliable defensively.

The Brazilian centre-back played a massive part as Paris managed over 400 minutes without conceding a goal since the loss against Botafogo. Against Madrid, he had a great game stopping Kylian Mbappé in numerous occasions.

Solid outing from the Brazilian centre-back who stepped up to the plate to replace Pacho who is suspended.

7.5 - Vitinha

He was the one dictating the tempo, he was a real octopus over the pitch dominating offensively, being at the start of almost all of PSG's chances while being present to win many balls in midfield.

His association with Vitinha and Fabian is nothing short of scary for their opponents.

8.5 - Fabian Ruiz

A complete performance from the Spanish midfielder. Not only did he bagged a brace, he also contributed to his side's domination over the midfield.

Once again he was a nightmare for his right-back. Federico Valverde had a really difficult time stopping him as he relentlessly attacked the Uruguay international while tracking back to support Nuno Mendes several times.

The French forward put in an excellent performance against Madrid. He played a major role on PSG's first two goals as his pressing was key to push Rudiger and Asencio to make dramatic mistakes. He was replaced by Gonçalo Ramos after 58 minutes.
