Ousmane Dembele: Dembele played for France in the World Cup qualifier against Ukraine. PSG's talisman was impactful in the minimal time he played. The winger took three touches in the opposition's penalty box, completed 0 out of a possible 2 dribbles, and missed one chance. The attacker was unfortunate to have picked up an injury, which will put him out of action for up to six weeks.

Désiré Doué: Doué started the game in France's 2026 World Cup Qualifiers but unfortunately came off at halftime following a calf injury that will keep him sidelined for about four weeks.

Bradley Barcola: He showed how great he is at dribbling as he took players out of the game on several occasions. The 22-year-old also showed how good he is at creating for his teammates when he laid on a perfectly weighted pass for Michael Olise's goal. He needs to work on his finishing, as he should have scored when Olise played him through on goal.

Lucas Hernandez: He did not feature against Ukraine, which should concern him, as William Saliba got injured in Arsenal's last game before the international break against Liverpool.

Lucas Chevalier: Les Parisiens' new number one did not start in France's World Cup qualifier against Ukraine. This may concern him as he wants to start for the national team ahead of the World Cup, and it is looking increasingly unlikely that he will start games ahead of Mike Maignan. The transfer to PSG may do him the world of good, as more spotlight will be on him.

Illia Zabarnyi: He could have done better for Kylian Mbappe's goal, but played relatively well against France. He could have scored when he headed a rebound from Georgiy Sudakov's free kick onto the post. The center-back had a 79 percent completion rate and tried to play out from the back when the French attackers tried to press him. The 24-year-old won several duels, which stopped Didier Deschamps' side from running away with the game.

Brazil 3-0 Chile

Joao Neves: Neves helped Portugal kick off their World Cup qualifying campaign perfectly, featuring 90 minutes in their dominant win.

Nuno Mendes: As Portugal easily defeated Armenia, Mendes delivered another solid performance for his country. The former Sporting Lisbon player was subbed off after 67 minutes.

Gonçalo Ramos: Ramos came off the bench in the second half and replaced Cristiano Ronaldo, playing over 30 minutes in the win.
