Last night, Paris Saint-Germain unveiled Lucas Chevalier as their new goalkeeper in a € 55 million move from Ligue 1 side Lille, making him their second signing of the transfer window. Furthermore, the European Champions are on the verge to complete a deal with Bournemouth for Ukraine international Illia Zabarnyi.

Here are the latest news and transfer updates surrounding Paris Saint-Germain from football news outlets from around the world.

Paris Saint-Germain News and Transfer Updates:

Zabarnyi, one step closer to PSG

After both clubs agreed on a deal for the Ukraine international centre-back, Bournemouth gave the green light to Zabarnyi to travel to Paris for his medical tests ahead of his move, according to RMC Sports' Fabrice Hawkins. All documents are reportedly signed between Paris Saint-Germain and the Cherries. The 23-year-old is expected to land tonight in the French capital to sign his contract with the European champions, becoming their third signing this summer.

Following long negotiations between both parts, a deal was sealed at € 63 million and € 3 million in add-ons for the Bournemouth defender who reportedly agreed to sign for the club ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup.

Enzo Fernandez to PSG ?

Recently, many outlets reported an interest from the European Champions for Chelsea's Enzo Fernandez. However, according to Fabrizio Romano, these reports were completely wide of mark as no talks were open between any parts or nor bids were submitted for the player. Therefore, there is zero chances to see the Argentine international join Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

Randal Kolo Muani's move to Juventus still ongoing

According to Fabrizio Romano, no talks between Premier League sides Newcastle and Tottenham Hotspurs took place with Randal Kolo Muani at this point despite recent reports. The player who spent the last six months on loan at Juventus is completely focused on securing a move to the Old Lady.

He is reportedly maintaining his confidence to the club throughout the long negotiations between Paris and the Italian giants as a deal could be sealed this month for the French international forward.

Yusuf Akçiçek linked to PSG

According to several outlets, Yusuf Akçiçek is on PSG's shortlist. The 19-year-old Fenerbahçe centre-back has been scouted many times by the European Champions and though it won't necessarily lead to an offer this summer, he could become a real option if Lucas Beraldo were to leave the club in the future.
